Daniele Bigazzi is re-launching Il Canniccio Restaurant, this country house with an enviable position, near the medieval Villa Torre del Castellano, a fifteenth-century fortified residence.
The kitchen, managed by his wife Grazia, revolves around the evergreen and timeless Tuscan specialities and typical local products. Ancient recipes revisited and updated, exalting simplicity, ingredients and flavours, including:
