Daniele Bigazzi is re-launching Il Canniccio Restaurant, this country house with an enviable position, near the medieval Villa Torre del Castellano, a fifteenth-century fortified residence.

The kitchen, managed by his wife Grazia, revolves around the evergreen and timeless Tuscan specialities and typical local products. Ancient recipes revisited and updated, exalting simplicity, ingredients and flavours, including:
  • Pici with fresh tomato sauce
  • Toasted bread with beans and black cabbage
  • Tagliolini with rabbit meat white sauce
  • Gnocchi with pesto and black cabbage
  • Pork fillet with Chianti
  • Tasty baked potatoes
